Afternoon Hacks: The SWOT Model and Changing Others

Welcome to Afternoon Hacks!

Earlier today, we delved into the daily stress and anxiety women face when trying to change unchangeable external circumstances.

It's vital to realize that we can't change others, and that's where our coaching model, SWOT, comes into play.

SWOT stands for Strength, Weakness (i’ve modified to "growth areas"), Opportunity, and Threat.

In this model, we'll explore these four quadrants, offering insights and tools to tap into your strengths, address areas for growth, seize opportunities, and manage external, unchangeable “threats.”

The core message here is that you can't change others or uncontrollable, unchangeable situations.

Instead, it's about recognizing that with some internal work and a shift in perspective, you can control your responses and tackle stress and ever-changing scenarios that might have felt like your fault or responsibility.

This model is your compass to taking charge and shaping your world.

And remember, coaching tools and techniques are for individuals who feel physically and emotionally secure. If that's not the case, please seek support, and I can provide you with helpful resources.

Let's embark on this journey together!
