The Charlie Hornes Coaching Studio, LLC

1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, programs, and materials offered by The Charlie Hornes Coaching Studio, LLC, including private coaching, strategy sessions, executive coaching, digital courses, masterclasses, downloadable resources, and website use.

By booking, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Studio service or product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase or booking unless a payment plan is explicitly offered at checkout.

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

3. Strategy Sessions & Coaching Appointments

The Initial Strategy Session is a paid consultation designed to explore the situation that brought the client to coaching and determine whether working together would be beneficial.

The session fee is $65 and may be applied toward a coaching package purchased within seventy-two (72) hours of the session.

Sessions require advance scheduling. Missed sessions, no-shows, or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are forfeited.

Clients arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late may have the session shortened or rescheduled at the Studio’s discretion.

4. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching services are educational and advisory in nature. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical care.

The Studio does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with discretion and respect for privacy. However, coaching is not legally protected therapy, and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in circumstances required by law.

6. Digital Products, Courses & Masterclasses

All digital products, courses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Access is licensed to the individual purchaser only. Sharing login credentials or redistributing materials is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, coaching methods, workbooks, digital downloads, and instructional materials remain the intellectual property of The Charlie Hornes Coaching Studio, LLC.

Materials are licensed for personal use only. Reproducing, distributing, publishing, teaching, selling, or using these materials to train artificial intelligence systems without written permission is prohibited.

8. Website Use

Users agree to access the website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt unauthorized access to systems, content, or protected areas.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service.

The Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio from claims arising from participation in coaching services or misuse of materials.

11. Program Modifications

The Studio reserves the right to modify schedules, program content, course delivery methods, or digital product availability at any time.

12. Force Majeure

The Studio shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including technology failures, platform outages, natural disasters, or illness.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

15. Agreement to Terms

By booking coaching sessions, purchasing products, enrolling in courses, or accessing Studio materials, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
